TIMELINE [WITH FIRST LOOK]

This is the recommended timeline for Brides & Grooms who choose to have a First Look before the wedding. (*Receive $200 towards an additional hour of photography when you see each other before: Additional hour is to to be used before ceremony)

1:00-2:00 – Photography Begins: Bride’s dress/shoes/details, candids of bridesmaids. Photos of Groom details/getting ready

3:00 – Bride Dresses/Portrait. Candids of bride with Mom [possibly Dad too]

3:30 – First Look and Bride & Groom photo session

4:00 – Bridal party pictures. Bride with her bridesmaids [group & individually]. Groom with groomsmen [group & individually]. Entire group

4:30 – Bride & Groom hide from guests. Ceremony details

5:00 – Ceremony

5:40 – Family formal photos

6:00 – Cocktail hour/(additional photo time option)

6:10 – Bride & Groom enjoy cocktail hour with guests (pictures with guests)

6:30 – Grand Entrance into Reception & First Dance

6:45 – Toasts

7:00 – Dinner served

(7-9) – Sunset Pictures

8:00 – Dancing/Festivities.

9:00-10:00 – Photography coverage ends
